Client Obligations

To maintain project momentum, clients must provide necessary system credentials, brand assets, and timely approvals. Delays in asset delivery or technical access may directly impact scheduled implementation timelines and deployment dates.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients retain ownership of custom web assets, designs, and marketing materials. Grow Software's retains ownership of pre-existing proprietary tools, frameworks, and core software libraries utilized during development.

Limitation of Liability

While we build highly resilient systems, we are not liable for business interruptions, data loss, or third-party platform changes. We recommend maintaining independent data backups alongside our managed security protocols.

Termination of Service

Either party may terminate an active service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, outstanding balances for completed milestones become immediately due, and we transition system credentials back to your designated administrator.
