IT Support & Troubleshooting
Web Dev & Digital Marketing
For immediate support, device setup, and troubleshooting, fees are fully refundable if we cannot resolve the agreed-upon issue. Once a ticket is successfully resolved and verified, the service fee is non-refundable.
Milestone-based projects are refunded based on completed phases. Work completed and approved during a discovery or design phase is non-refundable, but future unstarted phases are fully protectable.
Requesting a payment review
If you experience any friction or believe your service did not meet the agreed-upon criteria, please submit a written review request to our billing team within 14 days of service delivery. We review all cases within 3 business days.
